Well, I reached late for this movie and did regret it because it took me the better part of 20 mins to figure out why the movie looked like it did.
It's shocking, gruesome even at some points, daringly different, and just managed to make me squirm in my seat at points.
Technically this film is very different because it's shot completely using weird camera angles... it's made primarily on a handycam, a CCTV camera footage, sting camera videos. It's actually uncomfortable to see the movie because of these angles, jerky hand movements, and brisk cuts.
The film is basically an integration of 3 stories, one each on love, sex and betrayal (dhokha)... the characters are very real, very ordinary, daily life people whom you would meet anywhere. The dialogues are what you would actually hear people talking. The ease with which they abuse, they call names, everything is very realistic. If you're the types who leads a sheltered life in your comfort zone, this is a movie that does make you look at the other side of reality. The brutality of language, and of actions shocked me like none other and at a point in the 1st story, I was cringing and sheilding my eyes from the visuals because I just couldn't take it anymore!
The acting by the actors was quite nice, to the point that you didn't feel they were acting, it felt natural. It was crude, in your face at times, and very straightforward. Bit too blunt for my taste...
On the whole, it's a one-time watch, just for the difference that it brings. As such the story doesn't leave you with many thoughts, except that PDA in the context of today's world takes on a whole new perspective, with the thought of the security guards in a mall enjoying the small moments of intimacy in the supposed privacy and so on... it's freaky to imagine that people could actually sell such footage for money! oh well! it's a crazy world out there!
